Petricevic declared bankrupt

Petricevic declared bankrupt

Bridgecorp founder Rod Petricevic has been adjudicated as bankrupt in the High Court in Auckland. It also emerged today that he owes Hanover Finance $4 million. Hanover said the debt was due to a personal guarantee Petricevic had given on a $4 million loan from them to the now failed Bridgecorp. It was Bridgecorp's receivers who were seeking a bankruptcy order against Petricevic over a $576,000 personal tax bill the company paid for him in 2006.
