A three bedroom lakefront terrace house at Hobbs Bay in Gulf Harbour that sold at mortgagee sale for $345,000 was one of the highlights of Bayleys Auckland residential property auctions this week.
The terrace house (pictured) had two living areas, three bathrooms, four toilets, two decks and a double garage. It's latest rating valuation was $500,000.
Other sales of note were a three bedroom home unit with a single garage at Eastern Beach (pictured below) that sold for $730,000 and a 1960s three bedroom brick and tile house on a 474 square metre section at Glendowie (pictured below) that sold for $980,000.
