Three out of five sell under the hammer at Ray White City Apartments auction

Three of the five Auckland apartments auctioned by Ray White City Apartments this week were sold on the day, with the other two passed in for sale by negotiation;

  • 1104/17 Vogel Lane. Alpha Residences. A two bedroom apartment with large balcony and views over the city to the Harbour. Sold for $419,000. The agent was Krister Samuel.
  • 207/145 Symonds St. A one bedroom, furnished, 50 square metre-plus unit, set high on the Symonds St ridge with wide city views. Sold for $287,000. The agents were Mitch Agnew and Damian Piggin.
  • 4F/22 Emily Place. A 55 square metre, one bedroom unit with a high stud in a character building. Passed in for sale by negotiation. The agents were Mitch Agnew and Daniel Horrobin.
  • 1308/11 Liverpool St. A one bedroom unit with balcony and expansive city views, rented for $380 a week. Sold for $330,000. The agent was Gillian Gibson.
  • 7B/62 Queen St. A furnished one bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking Fort St. Passed in for sale by negotiation. The agents were Mitch Agnew and Damian Piggin.
