Harcourts' did even better:

Quick update on our recent in-rooms auction held on Wednesday. Exciting times with strong investor demand saw the the auction room packed resulting in fast and furious bidding! Great results with all four properties selling under the hammer. We have a number of unsatisfied buyers with money looking for a home to go to. If you are thinking of selling and wish to understand the background and process involved please do not hesitate to give me a call.
