PLATINUM MORTGAGES NEW ZEALAND LIMITED
Finding the right mortgage option is not always straightforward. Whether you are buying your first home, investing in property, refinancing, consolidating debt or dealing with circumstances that do not fit standard bank lending criteria, Platinum Mortgages provides clear, personalised mortgage advice.
Angela Downie started her career in the financial services industry in 2006. After building years of industry experience, she founded Platinum Mortgages New Zealand Limited in 2020 to create a mortgage advice business centred on empathy, integrity and personal service.
Angela takes the time to understand the full picture, explain the available options in plain language and help clients prepare a clear, well-presented application for an appropriate lender.
A previous bank decline, credit issue, shorter self-employment history or non-standard financial situation does not always mean there are no options. Different lenders assess income, deposits, credit history and property differently. Angela can review your circumstances, explain what may be realistically achievable and consider both bank and non bank lending options where appropriate.
