I predict that Air NZ will be bankrupt within the next two years. They have not only slashed regional routes, and raised fares, BUT have also aloud Jet Star, Qantas and Virgin to further mussel their way in, including direct flights from the Gold Coast to Dunedin, Hamilton and Auckland! Furthermore, you cannot even fly direct from Australia into Queenstown, but you can with Qantas and Virgin! I don't know who is to blame for this - our government or Air NZ itself, but watch this space..
