The PFI Group specialises in direct investment in industrial property. Its strategy is to deliver strong and stable returns through investing in quality industrial properties in attractive locations and developing relationships with strong tenants. As at the November 2017 the PFI Group has 92 properties, with a weighting toward the Auckland industrialsector. |
