WHAT THE NZX 50 INDEX IS DOING
The NZX50 slipped -0.4% today but remains up +1.7% over the past five days. Over the last six months the index has gained +4.3%, matching its +4.3% year-on-year lift.
THE MAIN GAINERS
There were 44 gainers, led within the NZX50 by Sky Network (SKT, #47), Kathmandu Brands (KMD, #50), Fletcher Building (FBU, #14) and Goodman Property Trust (GMT, #15), all up +2%. Sky is also up +2% over the past five days, +7% for the month and +15% year-on-year. Kathmandu has fallen -37% over six months and -55% year-on-year. Fletcher Building is up +14% for the month and +20% annually, while Goodman is up +2% for both the day and the year.

THE MAIN DECLINERS
There were 43 decliners, led by a2 Milk (ATM, #7) down -3% but still +19% for the month and +67% year-on-year. EBOS Group (EBO, #8) slipped -2%, now down -5% in the past five days and -9% year-on-year. Auckland International Airport (AIA, #3) eased -1%, down -8% over six months but up +1% annually. Summerset Group (SUM, #17) also fell -1%, down -14% in the past six months and -6% year-on-year.
