Description of trading activities
"EBOS Group is the largest and most diversified Australasian marketer, wholesaler and distributor of healthcare, medical and pharmaceutical products. It is also a leading marketer and distributor of recognised consumer products and animal care brands.” In the healthcare sector, EBOS Group Limited is involved in; community pharmacy, Institutional healthcare, consumer products and contract logistics, with the majority of companies under the former three sectors.
John Cullity has been the CEO of Ebos since April 2018. Cullity was previously the CFO of EBOS from the 1st July 2014 and was promoted to CEO after Patrick Davies stepped down. Cullity has more than 25 years’ of experience in senior management roles and has worked in other publicly listed Australian companies and the United States. Cullity has a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
Elizabeth Coutts was appointed to the EBOS Group Limited Board in July 2003. Coutts is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee. Coutts us also Chair of Ports of Auckland Ltd, Urwin & Co Limited, Oceania Healthcare Ltd and Skellerup Holdings Limited and Director of EBOS Group subsidiaries in New Zealand and Member, Marsh New Zealand Advisory Board.
