KEY ANNOUNCEMENTS
Winton Land (WTN) advised it will release its FY26 annual results before the NZX market opens on Wednesday, the 26th of August. The company is expected to provide shareholders with an update on its full-year financial performance.

Serko (SKO, #49) provided a first-quarter FY27 operating update following investor enquiries regarding the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. The company said the update was issued as a one-off to address questions about whether the geopolitical situation has had any material impact on business performance, with further detail expected to accompany its FY27 first-quarter update.

Santana Minerals (SMI) continued advancing its Bendigo-Ophir Gold Project during the June 2026 quarter, progressing through the Fast-track Approvals process while securing Overseas Investment Office approval for land purchases, expanding project readiness activities and reporting further exploration success at Rise & Shine and Come-in-Time. The company completed its A$130 mln equity placement and A$4.1 mln Share Purchase Plan, ending the quarter with an estimated net cash position of A$188 mln as it moves towards a potential development decision.

SkyCity Entertainment Group (SKC, #37) has extended and consolidated two existing bank facility tranches ahead of their July and September 2027 maturities. The NZ$57.5 mln and NZ$80.0 mln facilities have been combined into a single NZ$140.0 mln facility maturing on the 15th of September 2029, with pricing terms unchanged. Following the restructure, SkyCity has access to NZ$277.5 mln in undrawn revolving credit facilities, providing additional financial flexibility as the company continues to assess future debt structure options.
