KEY ANNOUNCEMENTS
New Zealand King Salmon has upgraded its FY26 earnings guidance, with pro-forma EBITDA now expected to be between $30 mln and $34 mln, up from previous guidance of $23 mln to $29 mln, while pro-forma EBIT has been lifted to $21 mln-$25 mln from $13 mln-$19 mln. The company also narrowed its FY26 harvest guidance to 5,950-6,050 metric tonnes, citing stronger-than-expected fish performance, solid operational execution and a lower than anticipated impact from global oil supply chain disruptions. NZK said it remains focused on investing in production growth for FY27 and FY28, although ongoing cost pressures and growth investment are expected to weigh on FY27 earnings, with updated guidance to be provided alongside its FY26 results in November.

Scales Corporation (SCL, #32) will release its interim results for the six months ended 30 June before the market opens on Wednesday the 26th of August.

EBOS Group (EBO, #11) has announced it will hold its 2026 Annual Meeting as a hybrid event on Wednesday the 21st of October, at Auckland's Akarana Marine Sports Centre and online via the Computershare Meeting Platform.
