Manuka Resources (MKR) has received its first gold revenue following the restart of gold production at its 100%-owned Wonawinta processing facility in the Cobar Basin, NSW. Gold processing resumed on the 22nd of August, with the plant now processing Mt Boppy material at around 1,750 tonnes per day at a head grade of approximately 1.0 g/t Au and recoveries of about 75%. Manuka expects gold sales to increase as gold inventory builds on carbon and the circuit reaches steady state, with fortnightly revenue of A$3.0 mln-A$4.0 mln expected through to the end of 2026, based on a gold price assumption of A$6,000/oz. The next gold shipment is scheduled for 15 October, with shipments expected to continue on a fortnightly basis. The company is also progressing installation of its silver processing circuits, with commissioning targeted for late 2026 to Q1 2027, which is expected to enable Wonawinta to transition to combined gold and silver production.
