Have your say: Problems with mortgagee sales?

I'm doing an article on mortgagee sales and am interested if any property investors or even home occupiers have had any issues with mortgagee sales that have gone through in larger numbers in recent months. Any legal issues or financing issues? Any settlement issues? I welcome your thoughts in the spirit of collaborative journalism.
