President Barrack Obama's inauguration speech theme was "˜Choose hope over fear', but the Dow fell another 330 points, shedding 11% in twenty days. What is the scale of the challenge, just how bad is it? Compared with when Franklin D. Roosevelt made his 1933 depression-era address, now is not as bad. Then the USA had 25% unemployment, now they have 7.2%.
