ASB CEO Barbara Chapman makes about NZ$2.82 mln through sale of some CBA shares

ASB CEO Barbara Chapman made about A$2.44 million from the sale of shares in her bank's parent, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, on Friday.

According to a disclosure notice filed to the NZX, Chapman sold a total of 29,422 ordinary CBA shares on Friday through three tranches on-market for a combined A$2.44 million, or about NZ$2.82 million.

Neither the disclosure notice, nor ASB and CBA's recently released annual reports list how many CBA shares Chapman holds.

CBA shares rose A54 cents to A$72.05 on Friday.
