Description of trading activities

Argosy Property is a New Zealand property investment company. They own a portfolio of quality industrial, office and retail properties. Argosy currently has a total over 150 tenants, 54 different properties, and a $2.1 billion dollar portfolio.

CEO profile

Peter Mence is the Chief Executive Officer of Argosy Property. An engineer by background and has over 40 years of experience in the property industry. Mence is a fellow of the property institute and is a past lecturer in Advanced Property Management at the University of Auckland. Mence is also a past President of the Property Council of New Zealand, currently a Trustee of Saint Andrews Village, and the New Zealand Sailing Trust. In 2013, Mence was honoured with the Stuart McIntosh award in recognition of his contribution to the University of Auckland.
