KEY ANNOUNCEMENTS
Auckland International Airport (AIA, #3) is considering issuing up to $350 mln of bonds across retail and wholesale offers, subject to market conditions. The proposed retail offer would comprise five-year fixed-rate bonds maturing in November 2031, available to institutional and New Zealand retail investors, while the wholesale offer would comprise floating-rate bonds maturing in November 2029 and be restricted to wholesale investors. Full details of both offers are expected during the week of 2 November 2026, with ANZ, Bank of New Zealand and Forsyth Barr Capital Markets appointed as joint lead managers for the retail offer, and ANZ and BNZ managing the wholesale offer. Investors can register non-binding indications of interest with the joint lead managers or their financial adviser, but applications and payments will not be accepted until the retail offer opens and the offer document is available.
