- National will establish a National Infrastructure Agency by expanding Crown Infrastructure Partners to coordinate central government infrastructure funding, connect domestic and offshore savings with infrastructure investment, and improve funding, procurement and delivery of infrastructure.

- Priority projects to reconstruct transport infrastructure damaged during recent floods and Cyclone Gabrielle, enhancing long-term resilience in flood-affected regions.
- Upgrades to existing transport infrastructure in Ashburton, Queenstown, Otago, and Southland.
- Invest $257 million over four years to deliver 10,000 public EV chargers, nearly 10 times more than the current number.
