Description of trading activities
Air New Zealand operates a global network that provides passenger and cargo services to, from and within New Zealand to approximately 17 million passengers per year.
CEO profile
Greg Foran started as the Chief Executive Officer on the 3rd of February, 2020. Foran joined Air NZ, from being the Chief executive officer of Walmart U.S., in 2014 to 2019. Foran was responsible for the strategic direction and performance of Walmart U.S., which has a total of 4,600 stores, and more than 1,000,000 staff. Foran holds a Diploma in Management from the New Zealand Institute of Management and has attended Advanced Management Programs at Harvard University, and the University of Virginia.

Dame Theresa Walsh is also the Chair of ASB Bank Ltd, Chapter Zero NZ Steering Group, and Director of Antarctica New Zealand. Dame Therese is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a commerce graduate from Victoria University. In 2013, she was named the inaugural supreme winner of the Women of Influence Awards and awarded a Sir Peter Blake Trust Leadership Award in 2014.
