Exception fee cases against ANZ and Kiwibank on hold pending outcome of appeal in Aussie ANZ case

The Fair Play on Fees group's cases against ANZ and Kiwibank on behalf of some of their customers over what it terms "excessive" penalty fees, are on hold pending the result of an appeal in a related Australian case.
