City Sales sold 80% of apartments under the hammer and Colliers has sold a handful of industrial properties in Waikato/BoP

There was competitive bidding on all of the apartments offered at this week's City Sales apartment auction, apart from a leasehold apartment, which didn't attract any bids except a vendor bid made by the auctioneer.

That saw all of the freehold apartments sell under the hammer while the leasehold apartment was passed in.

Colliers International has also reported a handful of industrial property sales in the Waikato/Bay of Plenty, which ranged in price from $2.68 million to $4 million.
