Harcourts' latest auction results include a two bedroom home unit in Christchurch that went for $143,500 and a couple of homes in Auckland that hit the $3m mark

Of the latest 92 Auckland properties taken to auction by Harcourts, just four sold for less than $500,000, 11 were passed in and 43 sold for more than $1 million.

Two sold for $3 million or more.

At Harcourts' Hamilton auctions, prices ranged form $440,000 to $965,000, and in Tauranga they ranged form $238,000 to $865,000.

In Wellington the cheapest property sold at auction was a house at Naenae in the Hutt Valley that went for $215,000. In Christchurch prices started at $143,500 for a two bedroom home unit at Wainoni, and ranged up to $1.4 million for a house in Fendalton.
