Govt seeks probity assurance service provider to oversee tender of core Crown banking contract

The Government is pushing ahead with its plans to run a competitive tender for the core Crown banking contract held by Westpac for more than 20 years by issuing a "request for quotation" for the supply of probity assurance services in relation to government banking services.

The request has been issued by the Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment (MBIE) with responses sought by Monday, October 7.
