Description of trading activities

Infratil Limited is a New Zealand-based infrastructure investment company. It owns and operates infrastructure businesses and investments in New Zealand, Australia, United States, and Europe. Its investments include renewable energy, airports, data centres and healthcare.

CEO profile

Jason Boyes is the current Chief Executive of Infratil. Boyes joined the Board of Infratil in April, of 2021. Boyes main role within Infratil is to oversee the development and implementation of the companies strategic movement within their industry, along with management of the Infratil investment fund.
