If we are talking HQLA, those OCR paying reserves (bank assets ~$62,302 million LSAP proceeds) on the liability side of the RBNZ's balance sheet must count for something.

Funny, they should tell this, after Kiwi Bank has been hacked. 
What is the ongoing monitoring by RBNZ about the data and system security of the Banks operating here ?
Any pro active interventions happened before ?
