WHAT THE NZX 50 INDEX IS DOING
The NZX50 has risen +1.1% so far today to close the week up +0.2%, leaving the index up +2.6% over the past month, up +10.6% over the past six months, but up only +4.7% from a year ago
THE MAIN GAINERS
There were 51 gainers, led by Kathmandu Brands (KMD, #50) up +4% and +2% for the week, though still down -54% year-on-year. Channel Infrastructure (CHI, #32) also climbed +4%, gaining +10% in the past five days and up +49% year-on-year. EBOS Group (EBO, #9) lifted +4% but remains down -26% over the month and -21% year-on-year, while Infratil (IFT, #4) gained +3%, up +19% in the last six months and +1% year-on-year.

THE MAIN DECLINERS
On the downside, 21 stocks declined, with Air New Zealand (AIR, #21) went down -2% but remains up +9% year-on-year. Investore Property (IPL, #47) eased -1% though is still up +7% over the last six months. Meridian Energy (MEL, #2) also declined -1%, dropping -2% over the last five days, down -9% for the year. Briscoe Group (BGP, #26) also fell -1%, down -9% in the past week and flat year-on-year.

KEY ANNOUNCEMENTS
Sky Network Television (SKT, #48) has renewed its partnership with Formula 1 for a further three years from March 2026, ensuring all practice, qualifying and race sessions will continue to be shown live on Sky Sport and Sky Sport Now, with highlights and selected content also available free-to-air. Sky said F1 viewership has grown strongly in 2025 and the renewal adds to its motorsport offering alongside Supercars, IndyCar and World Superbike.
Investore Property Limited (IPL, #47) has closed the bookbuild for its General Offer of subordinated convertible notes, successfully allocating $60 mln of Notes. All Notes have been allocated to bookbuild participants, with the Issue Margin set at 3.00% per annum. The Interest Rate will be announced later today alongside an updated Terms Sheet.
