TSB, Kiwibank take Roy Morgan financial services monthly customer satisfaction gongs for July

TSB Bank has been named Financial Institution of the Month in Roy Morgan Research's monthly customer satisfaction awards for the ninth time in the last 10 months.
And Kiwibank has continued its dominance in the Major Bank of the Month category, winning again.
TSB was Roy Morgan's July Financial Institution of the Month scoring 92% customer satisfaction. Second was the Co-operative Bank, with SBS Bank - last month's winner - third, Rabobank fourth, and Kiwibank fifth.
