Westpac rises above ASB to third in Roy Morgan's monthly major bank customer satisfaction survey

Westpac has leapfrogged ASB into second place for customer satisfaction among the country's big four banks.
The latest Roy Morgan Research monthly customer satisfaction awards once again have Kiwibank in first place in March's major bank category, which is for banks with at least 7.5% marketshare. BNZ has again held second.
