
The NZD/USD opens around 0.83 this morning after a night of broad USD weakness.
US stocks are trading in negative territory this morning with the S&P 500 down 0.28%.
Commodities are stronger with gold up 2.11% and oil prices gaining 1.14%.
US bond yields are down with the 10 year treasury at 2.8%.
The NZD opens at current indicative levels: 0.9069 AUD, 0.6034 EUR, 0.5050 GBP, 85.35 JPY, 0.8815 CAD.
Fonterra announced no change to the forecast milk price for 2013/14 which has seen the Kiwi lose a bit of momentum this morning.
Not much to report on the local front today. Tomorrow the focus will be on the RBNZ at 9am.
