Kiwibank, SBS only banks to grow net high LVR mortgages in December quarter as RBNZ restrictions kick in

Six of the country's nine major residential mortgage lenders reduced the net value of their high loan-to-value ratio (LVR) lending in the three months to December 31, the first quarter during which Reserve Bank restrictions on high LVR lending applied.
